Dusty Rhoads, PRCA Clown

He lived his life for others
As an officer of the law
Til the Lord told him to set aside his badge
For he had a different call.

The Lord said go back to the rodeo
You always loved so well
Share my love with every cowboy
It might keep them out of Hell

Follow the rodeo circuit
As it goes from town to town
Stand in harms way with a barrel
As "Dusty" Rhoads the Rodeo Clown.

So he put on the baggy britches
And painted up his face
With his Jokes and Magic Tricks
He travels from place to place

For the Fellowship of Christian Cowboys
He's a missionary in the truest sense
And as a part of the Cowboy Church Team
He never rides the fence

He trusts in Christ alone
To sustain him by his grace
For as Jesus is his savior
He lives each day by faith.

So someday, if you see Dusty
With a rodeo in your town
Laugh at his antics and shake his hand
For he's God's own Rodeo Clown.
