Sales Agreement

1.        A cat/kitten purchased as a pet only may be declawed at the discretion of the owner.

2.        Under no circumstances will this cat be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, research laboratory, or similar facility.

3.        Adequate indoor sanitary facilities will be provided and this cat will not be allowed to roam outdoors.

4.        If this cat/kitten is found to be neglected or in ill health for an unreasonable length of time, purchaser will unconditionally surrender said cat to seller.

5.        If purchased as a pet, purchaser agrees to neuter or spay this kitten between the ages of eight months and one year after birth, or within thirty days after purchase if this is an adult cat, and agrees that this cat/kitten will not be used for stud or breeding.

6.        If purchased as a pet, seller will provide a pedigree and registration papers on this cat/kitten upon presentation of a veterinarian’s certificate of neutering or spaying.  Yes  No 

7.        Seller guarantees this cat/kitten will pass a veterinarian’s check within 48 hours of purchase.  To guarantee FeLV negative, the cat/kitten must be blood tested (the cost to be paid by the purchaser) within 48 hours of purchase.

8.        The terms breeder and show refer only to the quality of the cat/kitten.

9.        The seller will replace the kitten if it should die (during the first year of its life), from a congenital defect or FIP, upon receipt of a veterinarian’s autopsy report, complete with laboratory test results, that states the exact cause of death and providing that the kitten has not been inoculated with FIP or FeLV vaccines.

10.     No requests for whole or partial refund will be honored.
