In 2001 the MLA band was formed. Mariah Love Arron, then a new performer herself toured the length of Britain forming fan bases with underground Jazz and urban acts.

Finally, after a year in the studio their first album will be released next year.

As well as making their first ever music video soon to be launched on U music channel, Mariah will be featured in the Faux Fur advertisement campaign ‘It doesn’t have to be murder to look good.’

Mariah said of the campaign ‘I was asked to do it by a national clothing line that is launching the campaign next year. It’s against any kind of usage of animals skins in fashion and mixes a lot of funky faux fur styles. It was fun doing the shoot and the pictures are pretty neat.”
