Responsibilities

1.       Implement the quality system in execution of class and laboratory sessions.

2.       Monitor the performance of the students and counsel accordingly.

3.       Provide timely feedback to the students on their Assignment, Internal Tests and Projects.

4.       Ensure upkeep of machines in laboratory.

5.       Maintain all quality records as specified and submit timely reports to the Head of Faculty.

6.       Report to the Centre Manager/Group Leader on any non conformance found in the system and take appopriate corecctive and preventive measures.

IBM PC’s, Ms. Office 97, Ms. Office 2000, Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows 2000 Professional and Server.

PT. Sarana Solusindo Informatika is one of the certified training provider for some world class company such as Microsoft, IBM and AutoCad, and it has serves some major company in Indonesia such as Freeport, Total Indonesie etc. Since it was established in 1986, this company has about ± 140 staffs.

·          Develop the Sistem Administrasi Mahasiswa (SAM) using Microsoft Access 97 / 2000, it’s an integrated application to manage student registration process, class schedulling, student attendance registering toward to the student test result processing and reporting in STIE Perbanas Computer Lab. ( SAM building process was initiated based on my own will, to respond the needs of a productivity tool ).

·          Impart the Ms. Office 97, Ms. Excel Visual Basic and Ms. Access Application Building material (Programming Environment).

·          Supervising a wide range of aspect in hardware handling and it’s maintenance duty.

Responsibilities

1.       Convey a teaching to support student skills as stated in the curriculum frame. 

2.       Creating a student exercise and it’s examination report result to the team leader.

3.       Taking a part in team or as an individual to build an application system based to the customers requirement using Ms. Access 97.

4.       Provide a periodical report of it’s progress to the Assistant Manager.

5.       To design, develop, implement and evaluate the SAM application.

6.       Giving a full support on hardware handling aspect to all of the team members and report it to the vice team leader.
