Description

CableSys32 is a customized client management system for Cable Television Providers. Originally developed to run with MS-DOS, but due to the demand, the system has been converted to run on the following versions of Microsoft Windows: 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP.

CableSys allows you to track all your clients, providing features for Billing and Accounts Receivables and Adjustments. Various reports such as "Client Balance", "Income" and "Client Statements" allow you to see at a glance what is happening in your business.



What's New

  • CableSys32 now has Transaction Processing. If the system fails during the update of the accounts data files, all transactions will be rollback prior to the crash.
  • Speed - CableSys is now more than twice as fast as before. Run queries and reports and get fast results.
  • Better Billings and Payments tracking. Featuring new invoicing, receipts and statements layouts
  • All the functionality of working with a Windows Application, such as working with multiple windows.
  • Smaller and faster indexing of data files, resulting in faster response to queries.

Pricing

Pricing comes in two flavours: Full and Update
  • Full System Price: $2100.00 CDN
  • Update Price: $1000.00 CDN

Customization

CableSys is an evolving system. As clients make request these are considered and later added to the system to provide additional functionality not present in the base system. Any client may request special features, unique to their business, be added to the system. The cost for customization will depend on the complexity of the request being made, with a minimum cost of $110.00 CDN.

System requirements

To use CableSys32 2.0, you need:

  • PC with a Pentium-class processor; Pentium 90 or higher processor recommended
  • Microsoft Windows 95 or later operating system
  • 32MB of RAM (64 or higher recommended)
  • Hard-disk space of at least 40MB (will work with less, but not recommended)

Disk Setup:

Download and extract to three diskettes, labelled accordingly. To install, insert disk #1 and run setup.exe.
