Morbium Kehler, German by birth, was the first and only born. At the age of 16, he was diagnosed with a severe unknown blood disease, bringing him close to death several times. After extended stays in hospitals, surgeries, and a multiple near death encounters due to his illness, and the loss of his parents, he finally just decided to wander the globe, seeking knowledge and flavour of the world. The doctors gave him 3 more years to live, he survived till his 26th birthday. Weak and dying, alone and afraid, having given up all hope in a bottle, he was approached by a woman of immense beauty and knowledge, a lady only known to him as Tatyana. She saw something in him, and took her into her home, later to be found out as a coven of Clan Tremere Vampires, The Dark Rapture Clan. He fled in fear upon this knowledge, searching the world for his happiness once more for another year, never finding it. One night, his disease having destroyed his body, he made his way back to Dark Rapture, falling into the arms of the Queen Vapyress Tatyana {DR}, who immediatly embraced him, turnng him forever. He had found a home, a family, and a new world of power and darkness. He was Vampyre, he was free.

He quickly raised through the ranks, to become the DR monarchies right hand as General Regent. He was given the titles of General of the BloodKnights, Clan Ambassador, and Queens Protector. He stayed, fought, and loved the clan and the monarchy of DR, through inner clan conflict, and outer clan wars. He saw the rise and fall of DR threefold, he saw peace within the clan, and bitterness between enemies. He loved his Queen unconditionally, and supported her through all. There comes a time though, in every great empire, where, it begins to crumble. Unfortunatly, this happened to DR through outside interference. The war between the clans was tenamont to nothing short of bloodless. Many in the DR family died. Morbium watched three of his daughters die, and his love, Tatiana Blade who betrayed the clan, killed by the Queen's hand for her actions. Still, he percevered, he supported the monarchy, and supported the actions of his Queen, who now stood alone at the head of the clan. The time came though, when, Morbium felt his job and life was no longer with DR. This came upon the announcment of the Queen, that she would marry his bloodbrother, Prince Bloodstorm. He loved his brother dearly, but could not stand and support such an action by his Queen. The political fallout from her action, he knew, would destroy the clan. Morbium left the clan, wishing his Queen and his brother well. Unfortunatly, it was not so simple.
The remaining members of DR, Duchess Angreal, Duchess Whisper and Duke Dark Temptation, could not stand by and watch these actions. They approached Morbium, asking him to take the role of Lordship, and the formation of a new clan. Morbium accepted, and formed the Blood Nightz Clan. He is currently the Lord of this Tremere clan, which continues to grow strong in the true Tremere ways.
