We
are the "Foot". Some call us "knaves", some call us
"pariah", some even call us the "scourge of the City". But,
anyway you call us , we are the underground of City of Legends and we control
all crime within the City. If you wish to commit a crime in City of Legends, you
must first be sanctioned by us, be it a robbery, pocket picking, or an
assassination. WE control all within the City. So, come and see us. We surely
see you as our eyes are everywhere. Our mission is a simple one. We ensure that crime is organized within the
City of Legends so as to ensure that there is some for all. If you wish to
commit a crime within the City, you must be sanctioned by us and pay a stipend
to us for it. Faction head: Soul Reever This furre lives to rob and steal from you. He was raised in the gutters
of Meovanni and fought all his life to survive. He is not afraid to assassinate
to make money, nor is he worried of getting caught. Wanted by the law in many
places, he has found a hole to hide in within the City of Legends and looks
forward to getting into all the trouble he can. So, look out Defenders, he is on
