DRAGON'S DOOM |
And when the great winds blew, and
clouds flew from the face of the moon, All men knew that the last of the dragons would come soon. And under him their lands would drown in fire and death's screaming sound. For long had they forgotten they lived in the round, and had stolen treasures from under barrow mound. And their cries of lament fell on deaf ears, for the dragon knew well their fears, but still it shed tears, for they had never learned, that all was one, and by their own hand this doomsday was now being done.... |
