T'lendel's Character Pages
High Reaches Let's start with his desc:
T'lendel's home is here, in sky above the Central Bowl at High Reaches Weyr. Here, he met Areiah. Here, he served as a candidate. And here, he Impressed Cairhoth.

High Reaches is a place of mountains and snow, known for it's green summer meadows as well. Much cooler than the other PC Weyr on Harper's Tale, it makes a great place for snowfights in the middle of winter. It's also known for its cookies. ;)

A tall young man, Tylendel looks to stand right around six feet. His hair is a short, shiny mixture of light brown and blond and somewhat curly. Straight, white teeth are revealed by his wide smile, and merry eyes normally dance with humor, sparkling a pale green-blue with the warmth of the sea. His body is trim on the side of skinny -- judging by his height and weight, he was probably a fairly lanky adolescent, but now he fits his form quite appealingly. Lightly tanned skin hides his muscles, but his lengthy strides and easy movements show them to be well-developed.

This desc has changed to show his troubles at times, but it is now about how it started. T'lendel is just beginning to explore the new possibilities as not only a dragonrider but a very eligible bachelor as well.

And now his lifemate:
Dull polished antique brass of the young dragonet is long since rubbed away, revealing a foundation of pure brass and gold. In other places, new polish rolls across fluid muscles in licking drips of flame. Oily rainbow of tarnish is cleared away, showing the even more flamboyant hues beneath, more autumn tinged than the original -- darker and brighter all at once in its penumbral depths. Bulky muscle of birth is still powerful, now sleeker, stretching below smooth hide of more lengthy body. His head is large and wedge-shaped, still vaguely blunted, but wings have elongated to a form that would be elegant on a smaller dragon. On this bronze, uscles and length give the impression of smooth, easy flight, powerfully and gracefully controlled.

A bright sapphire blue strap of supple leather encircles already large neckridges of this growing dragon, held firmly in place by brass buckles that gleam suddenly in the light. Sapphire and cobalt of autumn's breeze stretch in finger-like tendrils down the middles, and the edges are rimmed with a darker azure where the dye pooled. Deep, bold saturation draws out the flames beneath tarnished young hide, rich hues of liquid leather accentuating the penumbral depth of future flamboyance.

**** This is actually a picture of the actor Ryan Phillipe. I changed his eyes, but otherwise left him pretty much how he is. This may not be *exactly* how I see T'lendel, but it's not too far off. ****

A Fun Log
Here's a pretty recent log of late-night High Reaches, when so many people seem to find sleep out of their grasp. It begins with idle chatter from T'lendel and R'sli, and ... well, things progress from there. Aife and Damia eventually step in, both sparing and causing more confusion for Ty. Poor boy. ;)

And Nights Thereafter
Some naughty little pillow talk: readers beware. But really, it was just some harmless fun. :P

A Visit to Vivian
T'lendel finally goes down to visit Vai -- one-time flame and definite friend -- to tell her what's new. 'sides, he promised to visit the goldrider while she was "chained" to the sands.

Ysbryth's Second Flight
This flight, resulting in an NPC clutch, was a Leadership Flight -- results predetermined. Unfortunately, things had to be VERY rushed, due to RL circumstances. Still, it was lovely.
