Nakil received several free proficiencies due to a kit he had, and a magic item that actually stole proficiencies from people and bestowed them upon the wielder. As soon as he found out what the item was doing he disposed of it, but has of yet found no way to transfer the stolen skills back to their former owners. However the people he stole the proficiencies from are now dead, and so he really isn't trying to give the skills back. He also had several proficiencies added by a wish spell that had several nasty side effects that I don't want to recount here.

  • Spell Immunities (including Intelligence & Wisdom granted immunities): Piper is immune to 1st-4th level illusions, cause fear, charm person, command, friends, hypnotism, magic missile, ESP, forget, hold person, ray of enfeeblement, scare, fireball, polymorph other, feeblemind, death spell, spell turning, Otto's irresistible dance, and imprisonment.
  • Bonus Spells: In addition to his normal repertoire, Piper can cast feather fall, vocalize, wraithform, polymorph self, Jordon's golden eye, ghostgrail, teleport without error, Jordon's phantom piper, and mind magic** each once per day without having to memorize them or use any of their components.
