Spell-like Abilities: Affect normal fires (called reaching into the blaze) four times per day, pyrotechnics and fireball each once per day, and wall of fire once a week; furthermore, he bears the constant protection of a ring of fire resistance upon his person.

Magical Items: The gold seal ring of Al-Kalim (allows him to capture inner planar creatures), a ring of human control, a wand of armory (grants AC 0 for 1 turn; 87 charges left), a cape of protection +5, featherweight boots (makes it so when he walks he weighs nothing for the purposes of setting off traps, etc.), a wolven choker, a crystal ball, a vorpal sickle, and a mithral whip +4.

Combat/Tactics: As far as the "Lord" is concerned, anything goes during a fight. As such, Tyrianado makes use of numerous fighting techniques, including a well-structured martial art style. Victims of his elemental fire spells suffer a -2 penalty to their saves. Furthermore, he can cast on elemental Fire spell at 1d4 levels higher than his current level once per day. As a fire genasi, Tyrianado suffers no damage from nonmagical flames, has 60' infravision, and he gains a +2 bonus to all saving throws vs. fire-based attacks.

Allies/Companions: The Knights of the Pyre: Drogh DeGisfi, Kysh, Lionyyn, and Shungeera Razorshield.

Foes/Enemies: All evil beings.

Appearance: Tyrianado is an extremely tall (6' 1") and handsome fire genasi with deep red hair that moves on its own, like waving flames. His skin is golden and constantly warm, even hot to the touch, and he weighs a little less than 170 pounds. Tyrianado's eyes glow bright orange with the intensity of flames. He wears coal black robes that come down to his knees, and wears blood red breeches and steel and gold boots under his robes. Aside from his normally odd looks, Tyrianado possesses a fire snake tattoo on each of his muscular forearms.

Personality: Tyrianado is quick-lipped and even quicker to anger. He talks extremely fast and is very opinionated. He thinks himself as the "Lord of the Flames," even to the point that he flaunts the title in front of powerful elementals.

Locales Frequented: Sigil, the Elemental Plane of Fire, and various other locations where the Knights have traveled.

Motivations/Goals: Tyrianado lives to accumulate more power and respect from those who dwell on the Elemental Planes and also wishes to find a woman who will love him for who he is.

Campaign Uses: Tyrianado is a grand fighter and wizard, and he'll let you know both, plus more than you can imagine. Narcissistic in the extreme, and even though he is good at heart, he still out for the law and himself at most times.

Unique Abilities:

  • Resistance Reduction: As a planar wizard, Tyrianado is closer to and has more accurate knowledge of beings with magic resistance. Thus whenever he casts a spell at a creature or object with magic resistance, he lowers their resistance by 20%.
