My household not only includes us humans, but 2 ferrets (Fireball and Sable) 2 cats (Tigger & Keisa) 16 fish (Dare I even TRY to name them..) 1 albino rat named Mack, 2 finches (Groucho and Greta, 1 Lutino Cockatiel (Buddy), and a VERY "Pretty Girl" (our gorgeous Black Lab) and 2 horses, Gwenevere and Big John (ok I am a sucker for the old rustic plays!) This handsome fella on the left is my irc pal, AKA Dr`Bug. Just don't call him "buggie" or he may bring his Yankee ass to where you are and SHOW you what damage a "buggie" can do! Actually, we have spoken on QTalk, and have a sort of mutual bond. He is 17 and is in Wisconsin, and I am proud to call him my friend :) | |||||||||||||||||||||||

I have been happily married to the SAME guy for 14 years (tis true, ladies!) and we have two great sons out of the deal! Nick, my 13 yr old, is in 7th grade and he is quite a handsome fellow, I must admit! Phone rings and it is usually a girl for HIM!!! Mitchell, my 7 yr old is about as stubborn as any mule I have ever encountered! My hubby is my "Knight in Shining Armor" and I love him dearly!! We act like newlyweds at times and have a wonderful life together! Would not trade him for the world! Think I'll Keep em! On a more personal note, I have been going to Florida State University since 1993 as a "gradual" student, and my anticipated graduation in May 2000. My majors are Public Administration and English with a concentration in Creative Writing. I thoroughly enjoy writing and am always on the lookout for chat rooms dealing with serious writers. If you have any writings/poems you would like to share with me, please email them and I will do the same. I appreciate all the poems and writings via emails I have received! Keep them coming!! In the year 2,000, I plan to publish all of my writings I have produced from my earlier years to present. Already had a few published in 92 and 95 in Reader's Digest, the Florida Flambeau (5 short stories), and the Tallahassee Democrat (1987). For those of you here in Tallyville, there is a cute little coffee house here in Tally that has poetry readings on Wednesday nights, if you are interested in attending and reading your writings. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

I also enjoy IRC, and have obtained about 23 or so "IRC Kids" since my entrance into IRC two and a half years ago on Tallahassee Freenet (TFN). I am also known as "MommyMelle" there! I also hang out in irc.webmaster.com on #coffeecup, which is a nice place to sit back and enjoy relatively clean and adult conversation with very nice people from all over. THANK YOU, KellyRose and Vampy, for making me feel welcome there!!!! Although I have not been there very long, I already have been invited to share my bio and my photo on their page! Look for Melle in "Centerfolds R Us" on the #coffeecup page (Vampy's idea of a joke, perhaps? hmmmm) This is my little family, hubby on top of me, with Nick (top left) and Mitchell (next to me). They are ALL the joys of my life!!!!!
