This Web site is the product of many difficult years in the religious cult of Seventh-day Adventism
Adventism started in the climate of something called "Millerism" in the 1840's in the eastern United States.
William Miller started a call for the return of Jesus Christ on several specific dates in 1843 and again in 1844. When Jesus did not return, William Miller denounced his own teachings, apologized to some 1/2 million followers and faded into history as a foolish Bible interpreter.
Some of Millers' followers would not accept the truth that they had been wrong, and continued on, building on previous errors. These people came to be know as Adventists, and the largest group today are called Seventh-day Adventists, numbering somewhere between 3 and 11 million members, depending how you total the numbers.
Adventism started with several key cultic doctrines.
To read about the these five cultic doctrines listed below, click on the underlined passages
1: Jesus Christ did not come in the flesh.
2: Jesus Christ was Michael the Archangel.
3: The Sabbath kept, is a sign that you are saved, that only Seventh-day Adventists will be saved and that the Sabbath is the Seal of God.
4: The founder of Adventism was a messenger/prophet chosen by God named Ellen Gould White. The Bible is to be interpreted by Ellen Gould White, and she is the final word on Scripture and Doctrine.
5: The Seventh-day Adventist Church is a higher authority than The Holy Spirit.
While many of the false doctrines of Adventism have been modified or hidden from view, the heavy cultic nature remains and directs the course of Adventism. The creed that directs the members is something called "The 27 fundamental beliefs of Seventh-day Adventists". That creed nearly completely excludes the simple pure Gospel of Jesus Christ that states that Jesus is the Good News of the Bible. The word Gospel only occurs 4 times in their very long and legalistic creed that all but denies the complete saving grace of the blood of Jesus Christ. Jesus saves us from our sins, nailing them to the cross.

Seventh-day Adventism RENOUNCED by Conference President D. M. Canright
A note to readers: This Web site will most likely not reach the hearts of Adventists to show them the truth. This Web site is set here as a warning to those thinking about following Adventism for the first time. Before you look deep in the eye of Adventism, remember millions of other people have done the same thing, and were duped into their system of legalism that has no easy way out.
If you are a Seventh-day Adventist, and have an open mind to learn the truth, drop to your knees and pray to God that you will be strong enough to accept the truth. Then read the above book. Contact us if we can be of any help. Please do not be angry with us, as we only want to wake you up to the truth. We love you and we have traveled the same road you are on.
Jesus Christ is the only hope for the world, and we await his soon return.
