The Due Process for Leroy J. Pletten Page
Why the Double Standard? Why does Starr not Have to Testify in a Valid Court Proceeding against Him? Where is Due Process? Kenneth W. Starr has squandered tens of millions of dollars investigating baseless allegations against President Clinton by Kathleen Willey, Juanita Broadderick and a host of others. Yet a valid EEOC complaint filed against Kenneth W. Starr by Leroy J. Pletten of Michigan has languished since 1991, and Starr has still not testified. Why? Is not Kenneth W. Starr subject to the same laws as everyone else? Is it equal justice under the law, except for cases against Kenneth W. Starr?

Starr violated the federal code of ethics; used his public office for his private gain; had roles conflicting with government assignments; procured, aided and abetted defiance of EEOC's prior orders on Mr. Pletten's behalf; made false and/or misleading statements and actions; used forged evidence; obstructed the police investigation confirming the latter; and obstructed compliance with federal and Michigan law in the underlying situation. Purpose: reprisal against crime prevention officer whistleblowing on officials' smuggling (gateway drug) contraband onto government premises. This was causing a hazard to fellow employees and Mr. Pletten himself. Smugglers, aided and abetted by Starr, did retaliatory ouster from position as purportedly unqualified, after Mr. Pletten's having held CPO position for years with awards for excellent performance.

Outlines the basics of Mr. Pletten's ongoing EEOC complaint against Kenneth W. Starr. Note that Pletten's complaint dates from prior to the commencement of Bill Clinton's presidency and so cannot have been in retaliation for Starr's later politically-motivated harassment of President Clinton.

The Most Recent Legal Filing in the Pletten vs. Starr Case
Mr. Pletten's filing documents the continued protection afforded Kenneth W. Starr by federal agencies, even after the failure of Starr's impeachment plot against voters for President Clinton in the 1996 election.

What can you do? Publicize the Pletten Case at every opportunity. Starr must answer to legal filings just like everyone else does. If you do not stand up to Starr's decade-long pattern of malfeasance and criminality then who will?
