Hello, I am a 43 year old man from Tennessee. I have always felt as thought I failed to fit it with any of the groups around me. I was raised in a very religious background-- very literal believers in the bible in a very fundamental way. I sometimes felt that I questioned everything....the people> around me questioned nothing and felt I was "of the devil" for doing so....they didnt even like the few times I did get involved because they considered my questions to be unbiblical.

Once I left that church, I went to others. One I was a member of, and very active in for almost 9 years. Gradually tho, I grew to feel I did not belong there either...so I finally left to continue the search I had already started by exploring Metaphysics. I read voraciously in Jane Roberts' and even went to some channelings before I found anything that gave me the support I needed.

My most recent source of spiritual growth has been my involvement with Sound Health Alternatives. This is a school in Nashville Tn. The purpose is to provide tools to the student on healing on the physical, emotional ,mental and spiritual level. The basis tenet is that color and sound have properties that MEAN something. They all work on us and everything in different ways...For instance the color red is the color of "getting things done". If you are having trouble getting going on something, using the sound that goes with color red (which is EEEE by the way) will assist you.
