PICK A CARD:Magician has a pack of cards shuffled,spread out and victim selects one.remaining cards are shuffled, volunteer cuts the deck and replaces their selection.Cards are cut by helper several times then spread face up,our hero moves his finger across the face up cards, dramatically descending said finger on selection. HOW:The answer is very simple, as are most magician's secrets.Merely note and remember the bottom card, after they are initially shuffled. After he/she selects a card from the spread out array, magi scoops up remaining cards, cuts deck in the middle, placing upper half on table, the selection goes on the top of this pile. The remaining half of the deck is placed on top of the first, thus the card that was on the bottom of the deck is now directly on top of helpers freely selected card. The cards can now be cut several times without disturbing their order.The magi now merely spreads the cards face up and locates the bottom(MEMORIZED card),the chosen card is the one directly to the right of bottm(MEMORIZED)one. | ||||||||||||||||
