Here is a picture of my 1959 English Ford 100E Escort Drag Car. It is powered by a 302 cid Ford with a tunnel ram manifold and 2 500 cfm 2 barrel Holley carbs. It has a 2 speed power glide transmission with a 5500 stall speed Neal Chance 8" bolt together converter, MSD 7AL ignition system, Competition Cams roller cam and valve train,and a NOS plate nitrous oxide system. Rear gears are 4.11 with 28-10.5 Mickey Thompson slicks on a 8" Ford rear end supported by Art Morrison suspension components. The wheel base has been stretched from the original 87" to 91" to meet NHRA rules.The car is street legal and has run a best of 10.59 ET through the mufflers, on street tires,and with 91 octane pump gas and a 125hp nitrous setup. Its fastest ET & MPH are 9.93 at 132 mph at Pueblo , CO.

News Flash!

The yellow car above has been sold to Larry & Donna East out of Olney Springs, Colorado. I have started on a new project which will be a "62" English Ford Deluxe Anglia 105E. It will be sporting a full chrome moly tube chassis, 4 link rear suspension, strut front, and a big block Chevy. I hope to run Super Gas with this car through the mufflers as this car will be street legal also.
