Notice: I must appologize for not keeping my sight
current. I've been busy and forgot my password, ect, ect.
I'll do some updating soon.
As I have mentioned below, I did buy a 98 Camaro SS back
in March. I'm really learning to like it. It's a six
speed transmission. I haven't had a manual transmission
in 20 years!
I'd considered selling the SS and building another Cobra
replica. I'm afraid it would sit in the garage like the
last one did. I don't want that. I'm pretty sure I'll just
be keeping the SS.
changes a while back and in the process, my colors were
changed. I'll work on that as well.

Bored With Job & Wants More Money (Toys)!
|
I can tell the people at work wish I'd
find something to talk about besides cars.
They don't mind coming to me for advice
though. I sure don't mind helping all I
can.
I'll add some pictures and specs on a few
of my past cars soon. Especially the
COBRA!(replica). Lone Star Classics LS427
I can't believe I'm at it again. I just
bought a '98 Camaro SS. It runs really
good. I had a bad traction problem when
I first got it. Nothing a couple of
BFGoodrich Drag Radials couldn't handle
(315/35x17). I'm not sure I'm going to
keep it though. There are NO parts for
it yet (hi-performance, that is).

My job should be over by about July '99.
"End of the program" type thing. My wife
and I both work on a military/NATO
electronics program for Boeing. The end
of production should be coming up about
then.
Maybe it's time for a change. I'll
cover more of what I've worked on
another page, along with my four year
stint in the Air Force.

The Future: ?? Who knows??
|
Lord, I don't know what the future holds. My job should end by the middle of 1999. I will
most likely be laid-off. I think I'd like to move to Oregon. My wife is from Oregon. I don't
think she really wants to move. Maybe I should listen to her. There maybe something there
that I don't see.
My future otherwise??? I'm seriously considering building rental properties. For two reasons.
1.)Steady suplemental income. 2.)Renters are usually getting screwed. Most rentals are not
fairly priced. I'd like to build about 1200 sq.ft. rentals for about $500 per month. The
problem?? Money. I could get started with what I have, but I'd be doing good to get one built
on my current funds. I'll continue to work on that.
