Honor your mother and celebrate life and freedom from heart disease and stroke by making this a multi-generational annual family tradition - to walk in the American Heart Walk on Mother's Day weekend. It's fun. It saves lives! It honors your mother who's been dedicated to the health of her family!

The walk will be fun for the entire family. Walkers may walk in honor of family, friends or themselves. Heart disease and stroke survivors are given "Red Caps" to wear at the event, and many participants also wear a tribute sticker in memory of a loved one to help increase awareness of cardiovascular diesease and the need to support medical research and public education.
