This is broken into three parts, MTU, RWIN, and TTL. There are also two other optional edits, PMTU and NDI Cache. The second is found in the hosts file in the windows directory. The first file we change is the Hosts file, this will add ip addresses to your network so your webbrowser does not have to look to the DNS servers for info about the url you are trying to retrieve.
