The undisputed king of paid to surf programs, now with 6.7 million members! AllAdvantage is extremely reliable and will pay you $.50 per hour (in the US) or $.75 per hour in Canada to surf the web. Increase your monthly pay-out by referring your friends to the program and receive $.10 US (or $.15 for Canadians) for each hour a first level referral is surfing and $.05 for 2nd, 3rd and 4th level referrals. Refer 20 people or more and receive extra benefits as an AdvantagePlus member. Recent changes have stipulated that the maximum monthly paid surf time in Canada be reduced to 14 hours per month. In the United States it was cut to 15 hours. In addition, Checks are now issued 25 to 45 days after the end of the month, given you've reached the minimum payout of $45 in Canada (just changed - May 26), or $30 in the US. This program is EXCELLENT! "GetPaid4 will pay you for using your computer as long as you are connected to the internet and ". This program enables you to earn money through numerous ways. However, the most popular is through actively using your computer while running a small bar displaying advertisements. To be considered "active", a person must move his/her mouse at least once per minute in addition to be connected to the internet. The payout rate is approximately $.40 (April payout) which equals 70% of ad revenues. DesktopDollars pays members without requiring them to surf the internet. An advertising viewbar sits at the top or bottom of your screen which requires you to click "continue" every 25-30 minutes. However, it does require that you be connected to the internet to work. The best part about Desktop Dollars is you can be using any other program (word processor, email, etc) and still get paid. The hourly rate is relatively low and as many others, pays based upon a percentage of advertising revenues.
