Welcome! For those who STILL don't know, PUNK WORLD ORDER is a radio show on CHUO-FM89.1 from 6-7pm every Wednesday. It's hosted by me (Tony) and my partner in crime/drinking buddy Colin (if you have any cool nicknames for us, send them to us - we're pretty unimaginative). We mostly play new-school punk, but we throw in some ska and hardcore as well. We also give away free stuff, play your requests, do concert listings, make fun of each other, gush over girls that we can't possibly have, and gossip like a couple of old ladies. We also throw in the occasional all e-mail request show now and then. So if you live in the Ottawa area, sit down to dinner with mom and pop this Wednesday, and tune in to our little show. Okay; we know we're lazy bastards.
We know that we said we were going to have the PWO web site up a
year ago. Well thanks to J.S. cracking the whip on us, we finally got off
our collective arses and designed the official PUNK WORLD ORDER
homepage. Which means that we now have a home for all of the
interviews we've done; it seemed like such a shame to send them all
to radio oblivion after we only aired them once, so here they are for
your listening pleasure. We've got interviews with Blink 182,
Pennywise, Sick Of It All, MXPX, Less Than Jake, The Donnas, Good
Riddance and Gob just to name a few, and we've got tons more to come
- so keep checking back. We've also got profiles on the P.W.O crew,
as well as some cool links and photos - you finally get to see what
we look like! (Hope you didn't get your hopes up).
