I am essentially self taught over a period of 15 years and therefor have a passion and a thirst for knowledge of  PC computers, software and the Internet.

I rate my abilities with problem solving, upgrades, maintenance, software knowledge, Internet and Web design as very high.

My experience covers most Microsoft products and I have worked on many computers including

- Commodore VIC20, CBM64, CBM128 and SX64
- Amiga 1000, 500 and 2000
- IBM compatibles
- Intensive modem installation and configuration
- HTML, Pearl, CGI and Form handling
- Internet Web page construction
- Desktop publishing software and Graphics

Communication / Interpersonal :
Articulate and confident communicator with the ability to liaise and build rapport with clients, colleagues and management at all levels.

I am told that I develop a easy rapport with people. Historically I have always been involved in a service industry where work on customer relationships have been very important.
