The Southeast Asian Community Center
The Southeast Asian Community Center (SEACC) is a community-based non-profit organization that provides needed business, social and health-related services to refugees and immigrants to the Bay Area.
The Center also assists with family reunification and immigration matters, including applications for citizenship. In addition, SEACC is a strong advocate for the rights of refugees and immigrants believing in quality integration into American society.
