This my pond,3800gal made up of two ponds,the lower pond with the bridge over it is around 3100 gal has about 50 gold fish,2 koi,one catfish,and about 5 breem and 5 minnows that escaped from the upper pond, which is a little over 750 gal. the upper pond has only breem about 15 and also holds all the plants.I had to dig a pond just for the plants as the koi would get into the plants and make a mess and just tear them up. Now the upper pond is about 95% covered with plants.The filter system is made up from three 55gal plastic barrels. The first is just a settling tank,the second is filled with filter meda, and the third is the bio filter filled with lava rock..
