Two brothers, Sam and Michael, move with their recently divorced mother from Phoenix to Santa Cruz, Califronia. Michael is lured into a pack of bikers by a honey named Star. Sam befriends two local teenagers who run a comic book store for their parents, Edgar and Alan Frog. Michael starts to show signs that he's a vampire after drinking "wine" at the bikers cave. Edgar, Alan help Sam save his brother from turning into a vampire. Theres some surprises along the way and it is humourous at times.
