Here and gone in such a short time.
As the days grew short so did our time as revelers in Holly Grove.
And yet we knew, as the bittersweet and melancholy mood crept up on us, that an ending is but the near side of a new beginning, and that in the time between we would have our memories of good friends and happy times.
So here is my tribute to those who shared their light with me, as the sun rose and then set, and my sobriety suffered the ignoble death of sanity scorned.
