1. The Credit Valley Conservation Authority has Structured Land Deals Defectively during
land Acquisition of Lands adjacent to the Burko Property, and now holds defective title
on these lands, that were paid for with ONTARIO HERITAGE FUNDS. These Lands are
now subject to claim as a result of a DELIBERATE BREACH OF TRUST
2. The Credit Valley Conservation Authority has TAKEN A FRAUDULENT DEED of Land
of the Burkos Property from the Former Owner, after Re-introducing the Former title on
a Reference Plan. The Burkos are the Registered Owners of this Land on the Registry
Abstract as shown by Judicial Vesting Order 6172342 Dated August 26th 1982
Burkos have vested in them ALL RIGHT, TITLE, INTEREST, AND ESTATE.
This Land is also Mortgaged by the Burkos which is Also Shown on the Registry
Abstract and is their HOME.
This is LAND FRAUD plain and simple.
YOU CAN'T GO BEHIND A VESTING ORDER
3. Mr. Michael and Kathy Burko " CALLED FOR A PUBLIC INQUIRY " into the
what was going on with the adjacent land and the Fraudulent DEED & Conveyance
OF THE BURKO PROPERTY by someone who didn't own it.
The Right to CALL FOR A PUBLIC INQUIRY is a Right Guaranteed all Citizens of
Canada, in the interest of GOOD GOVERNMENT.
The Credit Valley Conservation Authorities Reply to the "Call For a Public Inquiry "
was a Legal Action, a Defamation Action, that sought a interim and permanent
injunction Prohibiting the Burkos from Speaking, Writing, Publishing, and
Broadcasting about what the Credit Valley Conservation Authority had done to the
Burkos. This was a Clear and Deliberate attempt to Gag the Burkos. (SILENCE THEM)
4. In the Statement of Claim served on the Burkos the Credit Valley Conservation
Authority States they are Incorporated, under the laws of the Province of Ontario.
A Corporate Search at The Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations reveals
NO SUCH CORPORATION OR INCORPORATION EXIST!!! ( MORE FRAUD)
A Public Authority, Part of the Government of Ontario which the Credit Valley
Conservation is was pretending to be a Corporation why?
Because they did not have the Capacity to bring this legal Action, they must use
the Attorney General for all Litigation. ( they can not sue on their own )
They are also Pretending not to be Part of the Government as they state in
One of the Court Documents that the "Charter of Rights and Freedoms does not
Apply to them. all to violate the RIGHTS OF THE BURKOS GUARANTEED UNDER
THE CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS AND SHUT THEM UP
take their money by long legal action and then
TAKE THEIR HOME.
5. There is a Word which defines the Deliberate abuse of Government Power
against a citizen for a UN AUTHORIZED PURPOSE, that word is:
MALFEASANCE
Deliberate abuse of government power against a citizen for no legal purpose!!

RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, THE RIGHT OF CRITICIZE THE GOVERNMENT OF
ONTARIO WITHOUT FEAR OF REPRISAL, AND THE RIGHT TO DEMAND JUSTICE
WHEN THE GOVERNMENT ACTS IN A CRIMINAL WAY. THIS IS GOVERNMENT FRAUD
We
can find no worse example of MALFEASANCE on record in Canada.
WE ARE IN COURT BEING SUED BY A NON-EXISTING ENTITY TO COVER UP
