Hi, my name is Carolyn and I am a birthmom who has recently found my son. I decided to create this website while i was searching for my son, mostly out of desperation because of the difficulties I was having looking for him. Up until that time I never realized how unfair the laws on adoption are. I was shocked to learn how many scams are out there taking advantage of people with such an emotional issue! I made up my mind then that I would do whatever I could do to help in the search for lost loved ones! I began searching the internet for every possible source of help I could find. This website has a tremendous amount of information and will always have new links as I continue to look for more and more helpful sites. Most of the information I have gathered myself but when I've used information from someone else I have given them the credit. I dont want to take credit for some elses work. My intention isn't to enlarge my ego,
but instead to be of assistance to others searching for their family. I hope that you find some help here on these pages, and of course I will try to find the information that will be most helpful in your search.

It is recommended that when you are searching with any agency such as Family History Centers or Government agencies ect., you should tell them you are doing a Genealogy search (which is true) rather than explaining that you are seeking information regarding a sealed adoption.

A wonderful group that I would encourage any birthmom to join is Nina Campbell's group for Birthmothers Only. These are great ladies, who offer lots of help and support. They helped me find my son!

I am looking for my son whom I allowed to be adopted at five days old. If you were born on or about 10-08-74 at St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan,Tx and were adopted maybe you are looking for me. You were delivered by Dr. Raymond Buck who I believe arranged for a member of his church to adopt you. I didn't want to lose you but times were different then. I 've had to remind myself that you surely had a better life with your adopted family than any 15 year old could give you. We all want to meet you! You have a nice second family.
