trio set out to dig up evidence and expose the plot. When they eventually get

Demo Reels:
Please begin by introducing yourself in a casual, conversational manner
and tell us how you visualise the character and intend to portray her.
For for the majority of this production, Freda, Jessica, and the secretary are
held hostage in a back room of the villain's headquarters - in simple skit
format and using your own dialogue, show us how you would portray
either of the characters caught up in such a situation. Actors usually have
more than one image come to mind when contemplating a character or
visualising a scene, be it variations in personality, props, wardrobe, hair-
style, etc... You may do a variety of interpretations, as long as each is
unique and not repetitive. There is no set time limit, within reason - to be
quite blunt, we have enough expeience to know when we've seen enough,
or on the other hand, continue watching - you be the judge.
Considering the target audience, these parts should be played as very light
drama. We have enclosed below a clip from the 1988 film the 'Big Hit' as a
very rough guide on which to base your demo reel. Actors are advised to
concentrate on showing the interaction between the three characters in their
predicament (communicating with each other with facial expression, body
language, sounds etc..) Actors can simply play to imaginary characters
off camera or use stand ins for these parts as long as the latter do not
dominate the scene.
**We represent a broad based international audience and encourage those from
diverse ethnic backgrounds to audition.
