Kerygma Church - Carlisle
Welcome!
'Kerygma' is a Greek word meaning
'Proclamation' and we seek to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ. We are a
group of Christians who meet once on a Sunday in Botcherby Community Centre,
Victoria Road, Carlisle. We begin at 10:30 for tea, coffee and fellowship and at
11:00 the meeting commences, lasting just over an hour.
We also have a midweek meeting in Stanwix
Community Centre every other Wednesday. Click here for the program for
the current month. For the midweeks when we have no meetings, Kerygma is divided
into smaller fellowship groups to meet for both social and spiritual
edification. The fellowship groups are organised by those in the groups for a
time most convenient to them.
The organisation of the church is split into
various practical sections, each with a co-ordinator and a link to the
leadership team. To find out more about these, or to see how you can get
involved, please click the button designated to this below.
Throughout the months, Kerygma also has
specially dedicated meetings for many reasons. These include Worship group
practices, Prayer breakfasts and communion meals. Please browse this site for
more information.
