<P>The Northern Virginia Doctor Who Viewing Society (NoVaDWVS)
was formed on 1 July 1999. It is a forum where fans and casual
observers alike can watch, comment and evaluate various aspects of
the longest continuously-running Science Fiction/Fantasy television
series, Doctor Who. (For more information on Doctor Who, please
consult the Links section of this site).
<P>Most of our members live in the Washington, DC metro area and
meet every month to view and discuss a given selection of Doctor Who
and Doctor Who-related titles. However, we also have remote members
who correspond with us via the Internet using an electronic mailing list.
There, we discuss such diverse topics as "DVD versus VHS" to "Who
is sexier, Patrick Troughton or Paul McGann?" We also discuss Doctor
Who novels and audio plays, but as not every member is current with
these titles, we ask that you provide spoiler warnings when posting on
