Some personal facts |
I was born in Malmoe, Sweden in 1947. Became member of the Swedish Bar Association in 1980 after having served i.a. at the Malmoe City Court and as Corporate Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of Kockums AB and Swedyards Inc..
Appointed expert advisor to the Swedish Government's Official Investigation on Mortgages, 1979 - 1982.
Partner of Advokatfirman Wallqvist & Bruzelius 1980 - 1991, partner of Styrbjorn Garde Advokatbyra 1991 - 1995, partner of Advokatfirman Landahl 1995 - 96, partner of Landahl & Wistrand Advokatbyra 1996 - 1998 and since 1999 partner of Advokatbyrån Wallqvist Bruzelius & Partners.
I mainly work in the fields of
international contract law
company law
licensing law
computer and IT law
intellectual property law
competition law
environmental law
I am a member of i.a.
the International Bar Association (Committee on International Computer and Technology Law and its East European Forum),
Licensing Executive Society (former Board Member in its Scandinavian Chapter) and
various computer and environmental oriented societies.
