Thanks for the Memories! Nascar will not be the same without you there! Gone, But Not Forgotten!
And I do not blame Sterling Marlin either!
I finally got around the problems that are in the software they gave me to publish this site with. It took quiet awhile to do, But, I did it!
I have bought two more computers since the last update. And a whole bunch of games too. So, the next few updates will have allot of
reviews in them.
Computer number 1 is a,
P III 1 GHz with Advanced Cache Transfer
512 Megs of PC-800 RIMM RDRAM
64 Meg 3D Prophet 2 Ge-Force 2 GTS DDR
45 Gig Ultra ATA 100 Hard Drive
Sound Blaster Live Digital
HK 595 Speakers and powered sub woofer
Samsung SyncMaster 955 DF .20 Dot Pitch
DSL 1 Meg Modom
Netgear DS-104 Dual Speed Hub for my LAN.
The second computer that I have is a P III 650 MHz Laptop. Great for when I go away, so I do not suffer from game withdraws! LOL.
I still have the P III 500 that I do the testing on. But, I love the way the games look on this big rig.
As you can see, I have been quite busy.
Sorry for not updating this site in awhile, I have been amazed at what this new card can do. I love the way
Quake 3 Arena looks with this card. Everything is so finely detailed. If you can afford this card, and have a system
that can use it to it's potential, I highly recommend you get this card.
I went and bought the new card that I was talking about. It is the 3D Prophet GTS 2 with 64 Megs Ge-Force 2.
Will post a review of the card later.
I am in the process of reviewing my 200 games for this site. It will take me a little time to put them all in here. So
please keep this in mind. Thanks!
I was at the computer store, and they told me that there is going to be on June 2, a Ge-Force 64 Megs card with a core speed of 200 and a memory speed of 333. The cost is only $419. I am going to buy one and will post my review of the card here.
I bought the card on Wednesday, June 7th. I had no problem installing the card. But, the driver that came with the card is not too stable. There is an updated driver that is running very well so far. I am running Kingpin at a resolution of 1600 by 1200. This is an awesome card.
The Computer that I did the game testing on is a;
Pentium 3, 500 MHz,
384 Megs. Of PC 100 SRAM,
32 Meg, 3D Prophet II GTS Ge-Force 2
I made this site in the hopes it will help you out when you go to buy a game. There will also be links to sites that have free download able demoes to play before you buy. If you have anything that you think may help other people out, please feel free to e-mail me.
I do not work for or get paid for any of the game reviews in this site. I own all of the games that I review in here, so I do not get anything for a favorable review. This is my honest opinion of the games.
The Web Master is a Hard Core Gamer, and I send allot of time playing these games.
All the games that I review, I bought them from E.B. Here is a link to their site.
