I was born in west berlin-Germany about 32 years ago. At my 7th birthday I went back to my country in Indonesia and starting as slonong boy in Jakarta. Finishing highscholl in 1986 at SMA Pangudi Lahur I went overseas for continuing my study and in 1994 I received my Master Degree from Delft University of Technology - The Netherlands. Early 1995 I went back to my country and become staff member at the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) Office in Jakarta, under the Construction Test Laboratory and also work as Lecture in Institute Technology of Indonesia. Having that experience as government employee and lecturer I became interested in Manufacturing Technology especially in computer modelling. The PhD Research Project

The Research Project. Development of Computer model for Continuous Casting Process is the topic of my PhD research project. For developing this model I build and create a new computer code for preprocessing and postprocessing for analysing the nonlinear partial differential solidification equation by using Fotran77 and finite element solver FASTFLO which was invented by CSIRO-Australia. The output will be a fully coupled turbulent flow and solidification model for describing the turbulent transport process in the upper part of a continuous casting process. | If interested in my research project I am very happy to discuss and change any information related to my research project.
