I am working
in IT industry from last three years. I had
started my career with Beehive Systems as a
Customer Engineer-Trainee, in this company we
have to do all activities like support of
customer calls, PC assembling, troubleshooting
and many more small task. I got good experience
with this company as I had learned a lot there.
And after completing my trainig over there I had
left company.
Then,
I had joined CMS Computers Limited., Delhi

Customer Support Engineer, there I was
responsible for Banking area, we were three
engineers and we are fully responsible all kind
of problems and issues in banking area. Some
Banks were using Novell Netware, some of them
UNIX, but specially, I had concentrate on UNIX
systems. I had spent arrond two years with CMS,
that was the nice period to get exposoure on big
clients and multiplatform environment. After
experience of about two Yrs. in CMS, I had
switched to Chipsoft Technology Ltd. (visit : http://www.chipsoftgroup.com )in
Apr.,1999. This Company I got highly professional
in my career. I got lot of new things on quality
policy and ISO standards. Here I am responsible
all kind calls those are not solved by engineers
on UNIX systems.
I was waiting for SUN Solaris training from
Oct.,1998..but only this time in May, 1999, they
provide training in INDIA.I am working on UNIX
systems from last two years..but after this
training I was able to fillmy knowledge gaps on
