Bio or "Meet The Band" - the story of your band. includes lineup changes, band name changes, how you formed, where youmet, embarrassing stories from your early days, etc. text, and older pictures of the bandmembers in there too.

What do you sound like? - Even if you put up sound clips and MP3s, you need to give folks an idea of your sound as soon as they hit your site. One easy way is to compare your sound to other bands that your visitors may have heard of... "Mariah Carey crossed with Marilyn Manson" or something like that. Or you can explain what genre of music you fit into - or don't fit into... are you gothic/ska? or folk/ambient/rockabilly? or new-age/hip-hop? The more interesting descriptions you give the visitor, the more likely they are to check out your sound.

Photo Gallery - This can include both posed publicity shots, and pictures from live shows, rehearsals, and whatever other kind of photos you've got. Maybe you even want to include shots of the band at the beach, or playing with their beanie-babies. A really nice photo gallery will have thumbnails (a tiny version of each photo) that link to the bigger versions of each picture. Then the user can browse through more easily, and doesn't have to wait for one huge page with lots of pictures.

Discography - This is a list of all recordings that the band has released. Even if your band hasn't sold any CDs or tapes or records yet, you can list things like "Rehearsal Tape #37 - contains rare cover of Ring of Fire." Have fun - puff it up!

Reviews - You can either scan in reviews and put them up as JPGs of GIFs, or you can type them in. Make sure to credit the source and date of each review. If the review was published online, just link to it. If you haven't been reviewed, have your grandma write a review - or your dog - or whoever!

Contact Info - You may want to just give an email address for your main contact, or you may want to give an actual phone number or mailing address. It all depends on what you're comfortable with.
