Where Virtual Reality is the ONLY reality!

Welcome to the Matrix!*

Wanna see VRML in action?  Visit the place that got all this started (for me):
Cybertown!

A Virtual Reality Community!

The language of Virtual Reality is VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language).

In order to view VRML files in your browser, it is necessary to have a VRML "plugin".  You can download one
here!

(Blaxxun Contact - the pluggin most commonly used in Cybertown)

or
here!

(Cosmo Player -  Another Great VRML pluggin)

or
here!

(Cartona VRML Client - Yet another reputable pluggin)!

Or, if you need something more exotic, go
 here!
for the About.com(TM) directory to VRML pluggins!

There are, for those who do not know this language, a few tremendous VRML editors available, many of which require only a few hours to acquire proficiency in!

The best (especially for the cost), in my opinion, is Spazz3D.  A demo may be obtained at
 www.spazz3d.com

There are, of course, many 3d formats available!  A comprehensive list can be found
here!
at the About.com(TM) "Authoring Tools for Web3D" site!

The only Free (as in "no cost") VRML editor I am aware of is Anfy3D.  You can get it
here!
I only know a few people who have used it, and they have had mixed responses to it's interface and capabilities.  (However, the price is definitely right!)

Of Course, you could learn to write VRML code from "scratch"!  If this is your desire, you can go
here!
for an introduction to pure code!

My VRML Objects!
Now that you've had an introduction to what VRML is, here are some of the "worlds" & objects I have constructed!

NOTE:  A VRML viewer pluggin is required to navigate these worlds and objects.  If you haven't installed one yet, please see the "viewers" listed above.  ALSO PLEASE NOTE:  These objects were created  and copywritten by  me.  They are not public domain and are displayed here for viewing only.  DO NOT use these files without my express consent.
