SPECIAL INTERPLANETARY
TASKFORCE
Welcome to the S.I.Taskforce. This force was created on the 8/8/1999 by Colonel Alliance (D.E.U Advisor). The authorizing officer for the units creation was General Serenity CO SG-8 Diplomatic Elite- Upper Echelon. The unit was created in response to the need for diverse units capable of handling various situations like the already existing unit SG-1. As a result the S.I.Taskforce has been created with the following objectives:-
#We are considered an allround taskforce participating in diplomacy, exploration, combat and rescue. We have similar assignments to those of SG-1, being rounded and responsible.
#Our primary aim is to achieve peaceful resolve through diplomacy.
#We attempt rescue through diplomatic means and failing that resort to combat to free members.
#Dissolve
critical situations on other planets diplomatically.
...Currently the S.I.Taskforce involves only SG-8 unit members. In the future though it is planned thats the S.I.Taskforce will expand to cover units 2 to 11. Our current roster is as follows

I have come back from my leave of the SGC and have resumed with the S.I.Taskforce. I am hoping that all our formers members are still alive and well. I have noticed that many new members have joined which is most interesting as they have done so of their own accord without any confirmation or encouragement. That's great but we do need to know who has joined for the sake of our roster etc. I hope to have everything organised and flowing properly again soon.

Its that special time of year with christmas and new years just around the corner. I just want to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very merry christmas and safe holidays. On the buisness side of things i've added a roster to the taskforce page. I am going away for a few weeks so any messages leave them in my Comm centre. Again all the best

Well I've
finished the webpage completely now. Everything is
working now including the training page which I'm sure
everyone was waiting for. Don't be afraid to tell me what
you think of the page and please use the forum. It was
put there for your use especially. If you have any ideas
you can contact me or place them on the forum. By the way
i was planning on placing a member roster on this
website, what do you think? General Cougar from Sg-8

Today is the official launching of the S.I.Taskforce webpage. On this page you will find a chat room, a forum, hints on training and a page on the ranks and roster of the S.I.Taskforce. It is also possible to contact the CO from this site as well. If you have any ideas for this webpage then please do not hesitate to contact Alliance and let him know.
