Simply put, the graphics (except for the title banners on the index, what's new, and graphics pages) are free for use on any web site with only a few 'conditions.' These conditions are fairly simple and agreeable.

Rule Number One - If you use any of the graphics, please take a banner below (or simply text) where you found your graphics and a link back to this page.

Rule Number Two - Do not link to the images here. Save them to your hard drive or disk then upload them to your site's directory. To link to my images is bandwidth theft and something I do not take highly to.
