This program is very useful. It allows tou to send messages back and forth. You can chat with several friends all together. Sending voice messages and cards are some of the new features in ICQ 99a. Your contact list can be separated into many diferent menus: General, Fanily, Friends, Co-workers, etc. To my opinion it is a very good. Also what everyone likes, it's extremely fast. This program is very fun and entertaining. Its an internet relay chat (irc). You can chat with many different people and meet lots of nice poeple. For the people who like programing stuff then you'll like this cause you can make you own pop-up menus but you must learn how to use it first and get to know all the commands. For those who ain't to good a computers then its also worth it for you cause its simple and fun.
