My attraction to science fiction started in high school when I took a science fiction course as an easy english elective. The first book I read, for the course, was <U>S is for Space</U> by <I>Ray Bradbury. </I>I was hooked. Several years, and several hundred books and movies, later, I am still hooked. About a year ago I bought my first computer and started surfing the web. One day I came across a site called Space Battles. It had some really spectacular movies and pictures to download. All of them were done by amateurs in the art of 3D graphics using various programs. I thought that they were fantastic and would try to make some of my own. How hard could it be anyway? I obtained a 3D program and started in. Then I found out how hard it was. I am still working at it and the pictures you will see on this site are some of my worst and some of my best.
