   About me:

Russian scientist with 15 years of Canadian and American experience

is interested in collaborative projects capable to shed light on pathogenesis of genetic disorders. At the time, I am leading scientist in Functional Genomics. Started as a biochemist in 1991, I am capable to perform a wide range of experiments such as purification, cloning-blotting-transformation and organolytic culture. Unfortunately, there is still something that I do not know. However, it is not a reason to pass by if you are offering a job. I stay open to new carrier opportunities and do mind to discuss another one.

I am appointed by IOGEN. This is one of the finest Academic institutions abroad, with decades of history and a continuous line of governmental awards. Our founder, Nicolay Vavilov was a famous Soviet geneticist who ended his life in Stalin’s GULAG. IOGEN is known in Russia for its own scientific school. Many fine scientists, such as Profs. Dubinin NP, Sozinov AA, Schestakov SV led our Institute and gained it a reputation across the world. Currently, we are under leadership of Prof. Yankovsky NK who is known in scientific community for his works in human genomics.

I will appreciate if you prefer to stay longer and take a closer look through the site. I have a good tradition of keeping online my current and former projects, lab protocols, presentations, papers and published manuscripts. Being a human person, I also enjoy some activities outside the lab and would suggest you to check my photo album and family tree, created by my brother Vasily, which is also available in English in my own translation. I also translate songs that like. If you want an example of my art work you can find it here.
