     This page is about Peter Parker. He was at one time a very brilliant and young high school student. He was very unassuming and very shy. .He excelled in school  but not  his social life, Orphaned as a child,  he was raised by his loving aunt May and his Uncle Ben.... While at a science fair he was bitten by a radioactive spider. Soon he realized that he had all the power and proportional strength agility and an "early warning sense" of an spider!!!!
     In an effort to gain fame and fortune he joined a side - show as the main event..... The Wallcrawling Spiderman!! As he was leaving one day he failed to stop a robbery in progress, thinking that it was none of  his business. Several days later the same man was arrested after killing his uncle Ben !!  Shattered and ridden with guilt he realized that with the new powers came a great responsibility. He then promised that he would use his new power to fight for good against evil. Grimly determined to avenge his beloved uncle's death he scoured the city for evildoers and brought them to justice. He became feared in the Underworld as the Amazing Spider-Man!!!
