IMK-11 Hellwing

Structurally similar to the Deathstalker, the Hellwing has a
barrier screen that will make it a tough nut to crack, considering the ratio of weapon
damage to defenses in Algol meks. Many Elaran suits don't have anything that will get past
a 6K barrier, much less destroy it altogether. Anyway, I treated the old Parry Factor
modifier as Reset Time, which matches up quite well. The JAC Rifle now has a multi-feed,
since that seems to fit in with the design. This is also one of the few Meks to have any
