I have chosen a gallery of machines whose only common quality is looking offensive to the eye. Some of them had long and sucessful careers, others were barely flyable.

These are of course totally my own opinions here, but the overall idea came to me when I was browsing rec.aviation.military, which had a thread running for a while on this subject.
