I am Lordshazam and I welcome you to my castle.  "May you leave some of the happiness you bring."  Within you shall find many interesting things to occupy your time and imagination.

This site is primarily developed as a showcase of my writing. Each week, I shall endeavor to post a new essay and a new short story.

Why am I doing this?

Well, basically I made myself a New Year's promise to try and write a new essay and new story each week. This is a product of that promise.

As new items appear, I will post them on this website. My hope is that many of you will take the time to read these things and send me your opinions.

The essays will be on a variety of subjects and I can't say for certain what the stories will be all about. Something fantastical, to be sure. Certainly horror and maybe some science fiction as well.
