The webring unfortunately has taken a spot on the back burner... I doubt either of the other two ringmasters even remember that this danged ring exists.
This is the TPWR Home Page. To join our humble ring, you must have a weird homepage and live in the Texas Panhandle region. We do, of course, make a few exceptions, E-Mail one of us ringmasters if you want to join from outside the panhandle. After the review of your site by the TPWR panel of judges, you will be notified by E-Mail as to the result of your request.
