He is listed as Thos. Salmon, which I presume is short for Thomas and not something longer like Theophilius or some such.
My 7th Great Grandmother, Elizabeth Salmon
Born 1673. Married 9 July 1693 in either Farmington, Connecticut Colony or Westfield, Hampden, Massachusetts Bay Colony to Caleb Root.
Joined the Farmington, CT Congregational Church on 30 Mar 1696.
One source gives a 1666 birth in Westfield, but this seems unlikely given birth dates of children.
Did she later mary __ Gillette or did Caleb?
