DEEP FRIED TURKEY

The only way to cook a turkey.
A friend of mine has this setup, you can deep fry a 12 to 14 lb. turkey in about 45 minutes.
If you can get your hands on one of these you have to try it. I marinaded it in a cajun sauce and cooked it at 375 degrees, that's the temperature of the oil. The meat stays nice and moist, melt in your mouth:). Try it you'll love it.

ME @ " BUTTERFLY WORLD "

This is near Ft. Lauderdale, what an experience. Butterflies and hummingbirds in a tropical forest. You walk through atriums filled with tropical plants and flowers, there are thousands of butterflies and hummingbirds flying all around you. What a peaceful setting, especially with the sound of soft classical music in the background. Found this place on the internet. If you're down that way you owe it to yourself and family to visit it, inexpensive also.
